As an Airbnb host am I self-employed or?

As an Airbnb host with a rental property am I self-employed or in a business partnership?

In order to be in a partnership, you would have to have a partner.  Airbnb does not count as a partner.  So, if you along are the host for the rental property, then you would just be self-employed.

 

If you own the property with another person, then you would be in a partnership.
