Why won't my passwords work? I get an error message "for security reasons, your answer should be between 6 and 16 characters long, not including any spaces"

Yes, you get this message if the password you select doesn't meet the password rules. 

The password rules for TurboTax are:

• At least 8 characters
• At least one upper case and one lower case letter
• At least one number
• At least one special character
• No spaces
• Can't be the same as a previous password for this account
