What info?  Do you mean your AGI?  That is how the IRS verifies that the same person who is using your SSN is e-filing a 2023 return.  Your 2022 AGI is on line 11 of your 2022 Form 1040.  If you filed a joint return for 2022 the AGI is the same for both spouses.

What info is it asking for from 2022?  Federal or state?

It will ask for your AGI for the IRS to help verify it is actually you filing the return. This will be found on line 11 of your 2022 form 1040.  You do need to enter this.  If you do not have access to your returns, you can get a copy of your transcript from the IRS.

Are you claiming a credit such as an energy credit and it is asking for any carryover amounts?  If you were unable to use your entire energy credits for 2022, then you would have a carryforward from 2022, that TurboTax would ask you about.

Did you have a capital loss carryover?  If so, follow these instructions to enter the capital loss carryover

If you did not have any carryover losses or credits, then you can simply skip those questions or answer that they do not apply to you.
