Form 5329 doesn't have a direct screen in TurboTax. In order to make corrections on Form 5329, you will need to go into the 1099-R that is prompting Form 5329 and go through the questions again. TurboTax will ask you questions that it'll use to produce Form 5329. Make sure you answer those questions in a manner that will give you the result that you are looking for.
