Most RMD's were suspended for 2020.  If you took money out anyway, enter the 1099-R in Federal > Wages and Income > Retirement.

You will enter your 1099-R (See Where do I enter my 1099-R? - TurboTax Support).  There will be follow-up questions about the RMD.  NOTE: Because of a law change on March 27, 2020 as part of the CARES act, required minimum distributions have been suspended for 2020.
