Where do I enter form 5498 information?

You don't.

Form 5498 lists your IRA contributions for the tax year. You don't need to enter your 5498; just keep it with your tax records.

If you need to enter your IRA contributions, while in your return search fo "traditional IRA" or "Roth IRA."
