Took All RMD’s from one IRA

I have Three IRA’s but took total RMD for all three IRA’s from only one IRA. How do I enter this on Turbo Tax? I only have a 1099R from the one IRA I made the withdrawal from.

When you enter the 1099-R for the IRA distribution, when the program asks how much of it is an RMD indicate All of it.  When the program asks if you other RMDs answer no.  When asked if you have satisfied all your RMDs answer yes.  In other words, report the distribution and answer the questions as if that IRA account is your only one, and the entire distribution is an RMD.
