The social security administration sent me two ssa 1099 forms. How do I enter them ?

You can only enter one SSA-1099 form. You will need to add the amounts and enter them into the program. 

To enter the SSA-1099 form please follow the steps below:

• Go to Federal Taxes.
• Go to Wages & Income.
• Next scroll down the page to Retirement Plans & Social Security.
• Click Start next to Social Security(SSA-1099, RRB-1099 and continue through the screens.

Is one yours, and the other your spouse's?  If so, enter them separately.

Also, is one marked Corrected?

Was the 2nd SSA-1099 for a lump sum for a prior year (other than 2021)?  After entering your 2021 SSA-1099, you will get a screen "Did you receive any lump sum payments?"  If so, click yes and continue. Follow the interview
