I filed my state of Nebraska taxes last month. Had the PTC credit on lines 35 and 36 of 1040N. After receiving my refund I need to go in and make an amendment and TurboTax. Right away when I opened the state return without making any changes suddenly the value of my refund changed by the value of lines 35/36. Upon looking into it, the software is not including the credits on the form thus changing my liability significantly. I worked the amendment thinking that when the review happened it would fix it. The amendment is non-monetary. They are entered and it's showing where you put the value in TT but it is not going to the form. Did something happen to the TT software program. It isn't entering the values into lines 35 and 36 onto the form any more.
