SSA-1099 includes ajustment from earlier year

My SSA-1099 box 3 has an '*' by the total amount and at the bottom says

* INCLUDES $383.00 paid in 2021 for 2019      (it is an adjustment for an error)

 

Is that what TurboTax calls a 'lump sum' payment, or should I ignore it since it is already in the total?

Since it is already in the total there is no need for anything more.
