Solo 401K Contribution Deadline

IRS: Taxpayers impacted by Hurricane Lee in Maine and Massachusetts qualify for tax relief; various deadlines postponed to Feb. 15, 2024...
Does this mean that I can fund my 2022 Solo 401k up until Feb 15, 2024?

I did get an extension for both my LLC and my personal taxes.
