solar credits

installed solar roof.  turbotax applied the credit to my taxes not including social security tax.  this increased my 2023 taxes and my carryover.  is this correct?

To clarify, after entering your solar information, your refund increased? And you have a carryover credit for 2023 because you have zeroed your tax liability? If yes, this sounds accurate.
