No - Medicaid is not considered "Obamacare" and form 1095-A will not be issued

They will receive a 1095-B, but it is not entered into the tax program.

The deadline for insurers, other coverage providers and certain employers to provide Forms 1095-B and 1095-C has been extended to March 2, 2017.

You will receive a form, but you do NOT need to do anything with it.
