RMD - 1099

I received a 1099-R for my RMD in 2020 taken from my 401k/IRA. The 1099 lists the distribution on 3 separate lines showing the distribution 3 different funds and the taxes withheld.  No total amount listed.

Do I have to report this 1099-R as 3 separate entries or can I total them under 1 entry?

Yes, if the distributions codes are the same for all three you can add them up and enter as one entry. Please see this for more information: Where do I enter my 1099-R?
