Printing 1040-SR

Using Windows 11 and down loaded TurboTax via web.

When printing a Check Print the system automatically selects 1040_SR (it appears that Microsoft 365 print feature is used to generate the Check Print.  When to review the print out - the first page of the 1040-SR form is  not correctly formatting.

Try just printing the regular 1040.  You don’t have to use the 1040 SR.  I always turn off the 1040SR.    If you use the Desktop program you can switch to forms and the Info Wks part II has a selection to select 1040SR or not.
