Is Social security overpayment refund taxable?

I was exampt from SS tax and medicare tax and I filed to IRS and got my refund last year. Shall thoes need to be included in my tax file this year?

No, Social Security overpayment refunds are not taxable. You do not receive a deduction for these payments, therefore, they are not taxable if an overpayment is made and refunded.
