IRA RMD

I have 2 IRA's both with RMD's. I took less than the RMD from one account and more than the RMD from the other account.  The total withdrawal was more than the total RMD.  I believe that is acceptable; will TurboTax allow me to enter it correctly?

Yes.  There was a problem that got fixed on Feb 20.   Just go slow and answer the followup questions.

Enter a 1099R under

Wages & Income
Then scroll way down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
Then IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R) – Click Start
