Import from Merrill Edge doesn't import 1099B

Other 1099 forms are imported correctly. View Details for the 1099B does show the form data, but when I click import, it doesn't import into TurboTax - it's not visible in the list of imported forms, nor is the data reflected in my tax calculation

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.

See the following TurboTax Help articles for potential fixes:

This is with the Destkop verson of TurboTax. This seems like an issue parsing the 1099B form, because TurboTax successfully download the text, but could not import it.

For Merrill, I saw another user changed their password for Merrill and then was able to import. Let me know if that works for you.

User solution:
The ultimate solution, although I do not understand why, was to change my Merrill password. Once I did this, the import worked fine. My previous password worked in Merrill, but for some unknown reason when I used the same ID/Password in TurboTax, I could not log in.. Simply changing my password in my Merrill account and then attempting the import with the new password worked.

Since other 1099 forms can be downloaded and imported, and the 1099B is downloaded, but not imported, it's not an issue logging onto Merrill Lynch.
