If my w2 includes Roth info, do I need to enter again?

If your 401-K IRA contribution is listed in box 12 of your W-2, you don't need to enter it anywhere else on your tax return.

If you have ROTH contributions on your W2 it’s probably for a 401K plan not a IRA.   Only enter it from the W2.
