I received a revised 1099R, but it doesn't decrease or increase my income, or cause a revision in my 1040 filings. Do I have to file a 1040-X?

So what changed on the corrected Form 1099-R?

If the gross distribution did not change and the taxable amount did not change and the federal taxes withheld did not change, what changed?

If you already reported the distribution as a rollover on the original tax return there is no need to amend.
