You didn't ask a specific question, but this might help -
When you log into the Home & Business software you should:
- Select BUSINESS at the top of the screen.
- The next screen you can either select WALK ME THROUGH EVERYTHING or I WILL CHOOSE WHAT TO WORK ON.
- Your business will be Ride Sharing and your Business Code is 485300

You should have received a 1099-Misc and/or a 1099-K with the income you earned as a driver.
