I have no ira why is it asking me about one

There is a section of TurboTax where you are asked if you want to see if you can save money by contributing to an IRA. If you aren't interested, just indicate that.

Also, TurboTax asks questions in order to make sure that you are getting all the tax breaks you may be entitled to. So some of the questions might not pertain to you, and you should just answer that you don't have this situation, or continue without making an entry. If you respond with the specific question you are being asked, I could perhaps give you more information.
