I have multiple 1099-R forms with different Box 2a, 2b & 4 amounts + different Box 7 codes. IRS instructions are vague. Who can help?

1099-R (a) Box 1 & 2a show $X, Box 4 shows 0.2 of X PAID with Box 7 Distribution Code 1 for early.

1099-R (b) Box 1 shows $Y, 2a shows $0.00, 2b shows Total Distribution with Box 7 code G for Rollover.

How is this supposed to be reported?

Enter each 1099-R individually and populate the respective boxes EXACTLY as stated in the 1099-R. Pay special attention to the Codes in box 7.....and be sure to choose the corresponding code from the drop down.
