I cannot enter two distribution codes in Box 7 on 1099-R even after checking the box to indicate that I have two distribution codes for Box 7?

How do you enter two values for the distribution code in Box 7 on a 1099-R?

Clocking the box below box 7 does not give you another box 7 to enter the 2nd code?
