How do I enter this 1099 G income?

I received a 1099 G from the State for a refund of local income tax. However, when trying to enter this into Turbo Tax in the 1099 G section, the choices for what type of payment it is do not include this refund. Closest choice would be for business tax refund, but it wasn't business tax, just personal.

Entering the Form 1099-G income is a bit tricky, make sure you follow the instructions below.

If this is for state or local tax refund, go to:

1.  After sign into your account, select Take me to my return

2.  At the right upper corner, search for 1099-G or 1099-g and then click the "Jump to" link in the search                                    results.

        - Important! Make sure to include the dash in your search, or you'll end up on the unemployment/paid                                   family leave screen.

3.  On the Did you have any of these types of income? screen, answer Yes.

4.  On the next screen, select State or local income tax refunds and click Continue.

5.  Follow the onscreen instructions to enter your state/locality, refund amount, and tax year.
