You can follow these steps to enter your Form 1099-LTC in TurboTax:

 

1. Find Wages and Income in the Federal section of TurboTax

2. Find the Less Common Income option

3. Choose Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C

4. Choose Long-term care account distributions (Form 1099-LTC)
