Hello, Regarding HSAs, when I am being asked about my contributions, should I also include future years contributions (made in 2019 for 2018)? Thanks!

Your 2018 tax return must include all HSA contributions made for 2018, including those made for 2018 between January 1, 2019 and April 15, 2019.
