Have a question regarding, CSA 1099R, block # 7. The 1099R received indicates Distribution code as

2-Nondisability. However, Turbo Tax option 2 appears to be "Early Distribution"

Ignore the "non-disability". The distribution code of 2 indicates an early withdrawal with a known exception to the penalty for early withdrawal. That simply means that you do not have to pay an early withdrawal penalty.
