Form W2 Box 12A has code II, but it is not in the TurboTax code list

Are these Medicaid Waver payments (Difficulty of care)?  That code is on the drop-down list under HH. 

 

 

 

 

It shows up on yours, it is NOT in my list.

My list goes from HH to J, there is not an I or an II.

Are you using the 2024 desktop software or TurboTax Online?   TurboTax Free Edition does not support Medicare waiver payments excluded from gross income under Notice 2014-7, so you will need to upgrade if using TurboTax Online.  

I am running the desktop version and it is fully updated.

Did you already indicate it was Medicaid waver / difficulty of care on the uncommon situations screen? 

Did you upload the W-2?

 

Please do all the usual. 

Delete the W-2

delete cookies, clear cache 

Manually type in the W-2
