I agree that the state box arrangement in the interview for the CSA-1099-R, really STINKS..with no clear delineation between two state datasets
BUT
In My Windows desktop software, there are two sets of state boxes shown.
....the second state just doesn't show the box numbers...and box 16 placement is HORRIBLE.
...when I used Forms Mode to put in the second state's withholding...it did go in the right box....it's just that for me, the interview's box arrangement is (again) HORRIBLE.
