Form 5329 for medical

I withdrew money early from my Roth IRA due to medical reasons. I entered it on the turbo tax app. It says that I received this much on my 1099-r form which I entered, then later I said due to medical, and it said I don't owe any taxes.

I heard that I still need to fill out a form 5329, but I can't find where it says anything about a medical deduction. Or do I need to fill out that form?  Any answers are welcomed!

When you indicate on the IRA that your withdrawals are due to medical expenses, the Form 5329 is automatically filled out for you. Your penalty exception will be recorded on that form.
