Form 4852 availability

I get an email, from Customer service, telling me Form 4852 is available for my use.

But when I do the software updates and resume working on my taxes,

I still get a message saying Form 4852 is still unavailable.

How do I fix this so I can use Form 4852 and finish my taxes?

Form 4852, Substitute Form W-2 or 1099R is scheduled to be available on 02/25/2021
