File My Return with a Tax Identifying #. Not Social Security #?

I want to protect my Soc. Sec. Number

Your Social Security number is your Taxpayer Identification Number.  You cannot file a tax return without entering your Social Security number on your tax return, e-filing or printing for mailing.

If you get an EIN that is only used on schedule C and any 1099Misc or W2 you issue.

Do you mean you have no SSN, but an ITIN?
