How old are you and why are you receiving a pension?
If you are at or past your "full retirement age" according to the pension plan's rules, then the pension is unearned income and it will disqualify you from EITC. If you retired early due to disability, your pension may be considered "earned income" until you reach your full retirement age, and that might allow you to claim EITC.
