Does Turbotax submit form 8066 for me?

In 2021 I recharacterized an excess Roth IRA contribution as a Traditional IRA and entered the details in Turbotax. Turbotax generated a correct 8066 in the "Forms" tab and in pdf export of all my forms. Would Turbotax also have submitted this to the IRS with my return or do I need to print out, sign, and send to IRS myself?

If Turbotax did submit for me, am I now all set for future Roth Conversion or distribution from the Traditional IRA as long as I keep a copy of the 8066 for my reference?

Yes, TurboTax transmits the 8606 with you federal tax return, so you do not have to print and mail separately.  You should keep copies of the 8606 for reference, but TurboTax will be able to transfer the information to future returns if you use the same logins/account.
