Do I need to file a SSA-1099 Social Security benefit statement?
I haven't received SSDI checks since 2019,first SSA-1099 SM I have received.

If the Social Security is your ONLY income you do not have to file a tax return unless you have a 1095A for marketplace health insurance. If you have some other income besides the Social Security then you might need to file a return.
