Do I include a 1099-Q on my return?

I received a 1099-Q FORM. Where do I report it?

You will enter the 1099-Q in the Education section by selecting the following:

  1. Federal
  2. Deductions and Credits
  3. I'll Choose what I work on
  4. Education
  5. ESA and 529 Distributions (1099-Q)
