David cashed in his 401k.. how do I report it....or where?

David should receive a 1099-R for the above transaction to be entered in the following area

  • Type in 1099-r in the search box, top right of your screen,

  • Hit the Enter key

  • Click jump to 1099-r in the search results

  • Follow the prompts and online instructions
