Check This Entry. The corresponding entries for this month are zero or blank, please delete this zero. This is for the 1095-A

I entered all of the information correctly on the initial page, went back and took the tax credit out (column C) because columns A

When there is a blank or zero on the 1095-A, you leave the field blank in TurboTax.  If you entered zero in any of those fields, delete the zero so that the field is blank.

If you purchased health insurance through Healthcare.gov or your state's health insurance marketplace, you will receive a 1095-A. The 1095-A is used in TurboTax to create the Form 8962.

When I leave the field blank, it says to 'Please enter an amount'. I need a real fix for this problem.

Use Chrome browser, not the app

Clear browsing data on Chrome

Click three dots at upper right corner of screen

Select Settings

Privacy and Security

Clear browser data for all time

Then sign in to TurboTax on the Chrome browser
Go to Tax Tools,

Tools, Delete a Form and delete your Form 1095-A and Form 8962

Then go back to Medical and enter your 1095-A information again

This will give you a fresh form and what is causing the error will be gone.

That didn't work; it still gives me this error:

Very confused here.

Employer pays completely for health insurance.  Received Form 1095-A.

Numbers reported in column A

Zero reported in column B (TurboTax indicates must be greater than 1 to continue?)

Zero reported in column C (TurboTax indicates a number needed?)

Will not let me continue with TurboTax  given the form 1095A  received results.

What is going on?

When a 1095-A has nothing in columns B and C, you do not need to include the 1095-A on the return. However, contact the Marketplace and verify there was indeed no subsidy and the form is correct. After you do that, go ahead and file your return without it.  Keep it in your files should you need it at any further time.

If necessary, please update for additional assistance.
