Cannot view social security worksheet in On Line Premium version

Using teh On-Line Premium version, I find no way to view the Social Security worksheet.  There are no tools available and when I print my return, there are no worksheets included.    When I do the worksheet by hand, my taxable amount is 2K less than what Turbo Tax is showing. It looks like I have to upgrade to Deluxe to be able to talk to anyone at Turbo Tax.

The TurboTax online editions do not provide access to any forms, schedules or worksheets.  That option is only available when using the TurboTax desktop editions in Forms mode.

 

If you have paid the TurboTax online account fees you can view/print/download your complete tax return including worksheets.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
