Cannot add more than one distribution code.

Why can't I add more than one distribution code where I NEED TO. 
Software WILL NOT ACCEPT 7D code.

Code 7D is the combination of two codes.

 

In TurboTax Online, on the entry screen of your form 1099-R, check the box I have more than one value in Box 7. Another box 7 will appear and you can enter a code in each box 7. The order of the 2 codes doesn't matter.
