Can I E-file if there is an excessive 401K contribution on a W2?

I had an excessive 401K contribution.

Fidelity removed the excess deferral and I reported it on 2018 return.

I would like to E-File but Turbo tax is reporting error due to the excessive amount on W2.

You will still prevented you from e-filing.  I would probably be a good idea to add an explanation statement to your mailed tax return.  See the following TurboTax FAQ:

Can  you believe that?  I paid $50 to e-file in two states, now I have to paper file because Turbotax has a bug this year.
