401k rollover to the same plan administrator

Last year I rolled over my previous employer's 401k saving to the new 401k account. Both are managed by the same administrator/ADP.

I did get a 1099-R which shows a distribution of these funds.

When I enter these in Turbo Tax, it only asks me if this was a rolled over to a Roth 401k or 403b account which it was not.  And it was also not rolled over to a Roth IRA.

Then it goes on to ask me if this was a withdrawal which it wasn't.

It sounds like this is treated as a distribution. Where do I enter that it wasn't?

Yes, it's a distribution called a direct rollover and you have entered it correctly.  This is income that must be reported on Form 1040 line 5a but the $0 in box 2a indicates is entirely excluded from the taxable amount on line 5b and has no effect on the rest of your tax return.
