2016 social security benefits worksheet

Where can the 2016 social security benefits worksheet  be found. I understand it is now 50% of the social security benefit. Help!

The taxable portion of social security benefits that is taxable is less than half. Only 50% of your benefits are reported and used to calculate the taxable portion of benefits. Then, up to 85% of the remaining benefits can be taxable. However, how much is taxable depends on your income and filing status. Why when I view or print the "Social Security Benefits Worksheet does it not list all calculations, lines 2 through 19 are blank but yet there is a result on line 20
