1099R "Where is your distribution from?" for code G

My employer filed for bankruptcy, resulting in me being laid off in 2024. I have a 1099R form for my 401k rollover. The form lists code "G" in box 7 but I'm unsure of what I should put down for my taxes when it asks where my distribution is from?

These are the options:

Military pension
Qualified government or public pension
Current year conversion from a traditional IRA to a Roth IRA
Other qualified IRA distributions and private-source pensions
Pension/IRA distributions received before retirement age / None of the above

It would be "Pension/IRA distributions received before retirement age"
