1099R section problem

In the 1099R summary section, I cannot enter any data.  I have several financial institutions for which I would like to enter data, and the screen only shows each one with a "Needs Review".  If I continue, Turbotax just asks me a couple or three questions and then I am out of this section.  I have updated turbotax, cleared my windows cache, etc.  What else can I do?

I'm not sure if you're Online or using Desktop.

 

I will focus Online.

  1. If you start at Wages & Income 
  2. IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R) [Add/Edit]
  3. Use the pencil on the right to Edit your postings

On Desktop 

  1. Under Federal
  2. Wages& Income
  3. [I'll choose what I work on]
  4. Scroll to Retirement plans and Social Security
  5. Select IRA, 401-K ... [Update]
  6. Click the pencil to Edit a record
