If you have code 7D in box 7 then the issue has been fixed in TurboTax Desktop. Please make sure you update the software if you use TurboTax Desktop. You might have to delete and reenter your Form 1009-R.

 

In TurboTax Online you can use dmertz's workaround:

For code 7D, omit the code 7 and enter only the code D.

Please try the workaround and only use code D instead of code 7D if you are using TurboTax Online.
