The 529 funds that were converted to a Roth IRA don't get entered into TurboTax. Since this is a non-deductible rollover contribution, you need to track it yourself with Form 8606 to keep it non-taxable. Also, if you're the recipient of the 1099-Q and your son is the beneficiary, the IRA contribution may be for him and he'll track it himself.
If the 1099-Q distribution was used for qualified education expenses, you don't need to enter it into your return, if you claim him as a dependent. Here's more info on Form 1099-Q.
