1099-OID

I have an apparent error in 1099-OID.  Box 10 cannot be greater than Box 2.  I have $77.27 in Box 10 and $0 in Box 2.  I have gone through the process of a tax expert who instructed me to read publication 529.  I did this and entered the $77.27 in other deductable expenses.  Turbo Tax still blocks my e-file.  Should I be deleting the $77.27 in Box 10 in addition?

Yes, if you are deducting the bond premiums and have Box 2 0, you do not have to enter the 1099-OID in TurboTax.  See How do I view and delete forms in TurboTax Online?
