1099-B, Tax already withheld

I got a 1099-B from my company related to a stock award that vested in 2018. It shows an amount under "Proceeds" (1.d) which is a post-tax amount since taxes were already withheld. Do i need to enter this info? It feels like I am being taxed twice.

Yes, you need to enter it and due to be already included on W-2 there will be a small amount of income or deduction based on the broker fees.
